I have been using the TR speciality road climbing 8 week plan. It has been great. Then I updated the app and it has changed. I am now on my last 2 weeks of the plan. Which is taper weeks, which TR had part of its plan aswell. However this has changed. How do I get the old version/ plan(the old was done right) back ?
