Came here to pound sand. Been off bike since last Friday for a nasty non-productive cough. Maybe lucky that I’m in base phase for my goal in August, but damn! Illness can suck it.
Where do you draw the line on workouts and just bag it so your body can recover from a multi day illness?
I got sick (new flu) feb 2nd. Was able to crawl onto the trainer on feb 12th for 15 min then 30 min. ….over/unders on the 15th. Until this week I have not been able to lay down without coughing . It’s my understanding this thing last 2 weeks. I have been riding outside this week 2:30 at zone 2 to 3 pace.
