Short SS workout on easy day

In spite of my intense efforts to convince it otherwise the TR Ai is adamant that I should only do an easy 30 minute ride on Wednesday. That is, up until now. My plan still has Wednesday as 30 minutes easy, but now the Ai is giving me a 30 min SS ride. Today it wants me to do Triglav, which is 2,5 minutes warm up going straight into 26,5 minutes SS at 94%.

In what world is that easy, and is there any way to remind the Ai that if it wants to increase stimulus on an easy day it should increase duration, not switch to SS?

The reason TR is recommending you 30 min Endurance workouts on Wednesdays, is because you have it set up like that on your Weekly Schedule:

As far as that Sweet Spot workout, it shouldn’t be there as Wednesdays are Endurance days. Do you remember manually shifting workouts around that could have caused this? If not, we may be looking at a bug.

All this said, I noticed that while you have a training plan, it looks like you’ve deviated from it to doing your own thing mid-June, which if that’s what you’d like to do, it’s OK. I would just be really mindful of your Recovery Weeks and “warnings” our fatigue management system is giving you, so that your body is able to recover from all the riding you are doing, especially those back-to-back 22-hour weeks :exploding_head:

And the reason I have set it up like that is because that’s what TR is recommending. Anyways, seems like a bug then. Because I haven’t shifted anything around, and I was also given the same workout last training phase (before it was adapted to an endurance ride due to the high load I had).

Right :slight_smile: TR recommends a training volume, however, you can manually adjust as you see fit.

Let me look into the SS workout. Do you remember what day exactly you received it in the past?

It was the same as for this phase, last Wednesday before the rest week, so July 9.
