Hi, is there anyway to easily restart a block and continue on my current plan?
I had a weeks holiday the start of December then came back to a new phase, I Rooke it easy the first week to break myself back in. Then I got the nasty bug doing the rounds here so missed pretty much 3 weeks of cycling.
I am getting back to it now but it is quite hard going, I did wind my ftp back a few percent. But iv missed about 4 weeks now of this phase and wondered if I can restart it?

I just checked out your account and it looks like you created a new plan… Is that correct? If so, are you back in the phase you were hoping to be in? It looks like your workout today went well!
Adaptive Training will suggest modifications to your plan when you miss workouts, but scrapping the plan and restarting also works – especially if you’ve missed most/all of a training phase and don’t have an approaching goal event on the horizon.
You can also use Training Adjustments and Notes on your TR Calendar to mark when you need to take time off.

Thanks yes I cancelled the plan and just launched a new one.
