I’ve successfully finished my trainingsplan last Thursday. now it’s the question which I’m asking myself How long should be the recovery before starting a new one?
Any experience or hints?

All the plans have a recovery week as part of the plan. Pick your next phase and have at it.
The plans are made to be followed consecutively with no added breaks or weeks off in between, those are already built into the plans. Follow the Base - Build - Specialty plan progression and you’ll be all set.
If you have done a complete Base>Build>Specialty then personally I’d take another recovery week with some light spinning or even a complete week off and chill. Then I’d start a new one.
