I created a plan a few days ago. I added the events I’m training for in July when I set it up. It looked very sensible. Today I added additional events in May and now the plan suddenly has two workouts per day for Tuesday (i.e. tomorrow) through Friday inclusive. There are no other days with double workouts in the remainder of the plan.
For example, prior to adding the new events, the plan had me doing Cumberland -2 tomorrow. Now it has Eichorn +2 and Cumberland -2. On Wednesday it has two Sustained Power Endurance workouts Pioneer -3 and King (a total of 90 mins split into 60 + 30) rather than one 90 minute workout, which would seem like a more obvious choice.
Two questions:
Is this intentional, or has the AI got confused by me adding the additional events? If so, do I just delete one of the workouts on the affected days?
If it is intentional, what’s the recommended approach for doing two workouts in a day?
The others aren’t a part of your plan and can be deleted, but I only see those for this week. Were those a part of your plan before, or did you put them there at some point?
It would be weird if only this week’s workouts stuck to your pla,n but the others didn’t.
But, even so, why would the plan not take them into account if they weren’t part of the plan? Anyway, I’ve deleted the ones without the calendar icon and I’ll take it from there. Thanks for your help.
