Threshold workout in the middle of a recovery week.
Just ending the 2nd phase of my plan builder ( sweetspot base 1 and 2, rolling road build) and have a recovery week next week. I notice Thursday’s had a choice of Petit and Lamark, one Z2 and one Z4, I’m wondering if this a mistake or actually a choice between the two.
I’m thinking Lamark would be one to ‘keep the engine revved’ so to speak. Is it advisable to follow this approach during a recovery week?
I’m tempted to do it tbh because I felt very flat coming out of my last recovery week.
