On Sunday I will do a 3 hour outside endurance ride z2 with a 30 min cafe stop in the middle. I want to find a TR outside workout to match it to. Should I choose a 90 min workout (up to the cafe stop) or a 3 hour continuous workout.
2x 90m workouts seems logical to me.

If it were me Iād probably do a 3 hr workout. Either approach is probably fine
Thanks for the replies. So I did my 3 hour ride outdoors with a cafe stop 20 mins. I matched it to Chief Head 3 hour TR workout PL 4.0. That feels about where my Z2 is.
PL 2.0 is the two cafe stop ride.
