I’m off outside today for a easy ride after a hard days racing yesterday. Cafe stop is an hour away, same route back. I’m looking to put a 60 min outside Endurance workout on the Garmin and do that there and then reload it and do it again on the way back. Is this the best way to do it or should I add a 120 min workout and pause it at the cafe stop and restart for the way back?
Whether its right or wrong, I record one ride but do two separate TR workouts. Do the first work out, pause the gamin at the cafe, restart it after lunch, navigate to the home page and start the 2nd workout.
