Pins and Needles during Warmup

Here’s one that I don’t think anyone has hit on yet…pins and needles during the warmup. I’ve started an off season plan where I’m mostly doing gym sessions and base miles. During the first 20min or so of my aerobic rides, I’m getting some pretty serious pins and needles in my quads and shins. This has never happened before. Thoughts?

Get to a doc that’s not normal. Unless you have seriously tight shorts.

Yeh, similar response as to not being normal and perhaps seeing a doctor. If it were more of cramping style pains, I’d have different suggestions.
