New iOS Release Issues / Bug Reports

Thought I’d try and figure my issue(s) out before posting on the thread. Have to admit that I’ve drawn a blank.

Running the new App on an iPad which has the latest iOS software installed. I connect my power meter and trainer via a WAHOO ANT+ dongle.

When I load a workout, the App shows that my power meter, trainer and cadence sensor are all connected. I can tell this via the green text in the bottom right corner. When I click on that text, I can see each individual item and they’re highlighted green. The power meter is also giving a power reading.

Why then, on the workout screen, does nothing show? Zero reading from my equipment. The workout won’t even start.

I have to disconnect the dongle and restart my iPad. It’s not the end of the world I know but, I’m pretty sure this shouldn’t be the case. Anybody else experiencing this is?

Finished Taylor-2 yesterday, an work-out with three interval-segments. I completed all three segments and decided to extend the cooldown for a couple of minutes. Stopped my ride about a minute before the cooldown ended … and noticed that the work-out was only uploaded partially (only the two first interval-segments). The last twenty minutes of my work-out were completely ignored in the report.

The most important thing is that I completed the session and met with all the targets, but the partial upload was kinda frustrating for an OCD-geek like me

Was it my fault or is the app to blame? Anyone else with a similar experience?

I’d for sure check in with support@trainerroad.com about that one. Sorry for the trouble, hopefully the team can help sort that out!

Problem solved, thanks to the amazing support-team. This - among other things - is why I love TR!

SO STOKED TO HEAR IT! :raised_hands:

Had my first bug last night, on San Joaquin -1, on an iPad Air with the new release up to date, my tacx flux failed to increase resistance for the first interval of both the second and third section of 30/30’s. Had to slow down, clicked the device button and it came to life on the first one, took about 15 seconds to find the resistance on the second one without me doing anything. Never usually have an issue, not changed anything

Hi, I’ve an issue on an iPad Pro running iOS version (14.5.1) with the latest TR app installed. The TR app keeps crashing near or at the loading of the login screen. I’ve uninstalled and re-installed the app. Restarted the iPad, all to no avail. What’s the next step for troubleshooting/resolving this issue? Thanks!

self edit: I’ll try support@trainerroad.com.
