Regarding Win Desktop: can’t find stats for the current interval during workouts. Like interval power, interval HR etc?
On android you can swipe the rolling graph to view these stats, is there a way to do this on the windows desktop?
No, that info is not accessible outside of the move app right now.
Thanks a lot for the offline support I have received by TrainerRoad. Very constructive, very good follow up on their end. I have conducted many tests and I will share what’s working in my environment.
I run 2.4 GHz router, and I am surrounded by 15-20 other 2.4 GHz routers with various signal strength.
I own a Tacx Neo, use TR to follow my training plan and Zwift at the same time for entertainment.
2 setup works really well in my environment.
- TR on iOS with Bluetooth and Zwift using ANT+ on Windows 10 PC with 2m USB extender
- TR and Zwift using ANT+ on Windows 10 PC with 2m USB extender. 2 ANT+ keys plugged on the same USB extender. Extender plugged to a single USB port of the PC.
My 2m USB extender ends near my Tacx Neo; the ANT+ keys are 10 cm from the floor and located below my bottom bracket.
Bluegiga Bluetooth key plugged to 2m USB extender has not worked well in my environment. I have experienced several dropouts and power keeps freezing at high level after completing an interval instead of decreasing.
@Grasschopper Same exact set up for me and same problem you are describing with the workouts being way harder than they are intended. I luckily saw a few comments in the forum that got me to try going back to just pairing TR directly to the Kickr again and the workouts are back to their expected intensity. Months of frustration and run around, but glad to have finally eliminated the issue at this point.
I submitted a ticket to TR today in case they aren’t aware of the issue or if there needs to be a certain number of reports before it’s addressed. For now I am abandoning Powermatch and just tracking my P1’s separately on another device for FTP tests moving forward although they are currently tracking pretty close to the Kickr. A little annoying, but not nearly as annoying as the last 5-6 months have been prior to figuring this out.
