I am suffering from lower back pain since years while riding, what can be take as a cure

What is really the issue here, because nothing seems connected?
I fixed all my neck pain issues with a couple of dumbells to strengthen upper back muscles. Doing regular core work and hip flexor stretching took care of the dull lower back ache I used to get when doing a lot of climbing.
