I have a MTB stage race (4 consecutive days) for the end of October. Different distances and altimetiras every day.
Does anyone know how to enter this type of stage races in TrainingRoad and be able to obtain a specific training plan for this race?
Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think TR algorithms change when you select stage race. I personally selected grand fondo when training for a mtb stage race.
Doesn’t really matter anyway. Work is work. The body doesn’t care about labels.
