You can leave it in the calendar.
If you miss it then it just expires and turns grey in the calendar.
You don’t get penalised or anything like that.

If you did a different workout and the original is still there and bothering you, go ahead and delete it.
For days in the past, there’s no reason to delete workouts you didn’t do. As a matter of fact, sometimes they come in handy when looking back at your training history. ![]()
