I know that I will have to skip planned workout. Is it better to delete it or leave it in the calendar to be skipped? I’m leaning towards leaving it as it may help with AT’s progression etc in a greater picture of my training plan?
I don’t know if its right or wrong. If I do a ride in the work outs place I tend to delete it to keep the calendar tidy but if I dont do anything I tend to leave it there as a reminder.
