Is there a workout like Pioneer just longer? All the + versions just move the ride up closer to FTP instead of making it longer. I’m doing the half iron training plan and it has Pioneer as the weekend ride and I’d like to go for 90 min instead of 60
Tap on the extend cooldown and just hold your wattage. I do this quite a bit to extend aerobic rides. Easiest workaround and you can do it on the fly.

Download the Workout Creator and import Pioneer and add in the time you’d like to extend it to. Save and publish and you’ve got the exact workout you’d like!
