Key Workouts - Build Phase

Got a question regarding what the key workouts are for the sustained build phase of my plan. I’ve got work travel coming up for an entire week and likely can only hit 2 out of 3 of my intervals.

I am guessing I should keep the VO2 and Threshold but curious if there is a better idea. Going to try and get some spin bike or cruiser rides in during travel but likely won’t be more than 30 minutes.

Appreciate any input.

Idea:

Edit each workout in turn, changing the date to the other side of the AIFTP Simulation Window.

Once you’ve sent, say, all the Sweetspot workouts out of the window, you can see how your prediction changes.

Put the workouts you moved back, and then move all the Threshold workouts out. Check the prediction again.

Etc etc etc.

If you can I would keep the VO2 and Threshold :slight_smile:
