Hi, I’ve just shattered a bone in my foot so I won’t be able to train for a few weeks so I wanted to pause the training plan so I can try and pick it up when I can get back on the bike? Is this possible?
If its a plan builder plan you can add a annotation to you calendar and it’ll rearrange your plan when you feel good to go. It keeps you to your original target date and gets you in the best state for it rather than delaying everything.
