I was taken out on a ride yesterday and need a few days to repair (I’m 78). I should be starting my Build Phase this week but want to delay it for at least a week. How do I do that? Is it possible to add in a break for, say, a week?
Go to the calendar, add an annotation and select the dates you’d like to cover and select the “Injury” button. It should then recalculate around your the time you selected.

You may be able to push the entire plan down a week in the calendar.
