Question probably for the TR Team: what will be the impact on TR AI if I do a custom warmup “workout”, and then do a TR workout but jump past the TR warmup?
I’m slow to warmup, so I’ve figured out what works for me. I’d like to try using TR AI Workouts to build out a Sweet Spot block once I finish BaseCamp Winter Coaching, but if the above will confuse the TR AI, then I need to figure something else out
You should be fine, as long as you’re completing the entirety of the interval work scheduled. You can always extend the warm up of the TR Workouts. Have you tired that?

It’s not just the length of the warmup, but also the structure of warmup intervals to get the legs primed that’s the big difference for me, especially for Sweet Spot and above
I feel the same - I just load up the workout and extend the warmup and put it in resistance mode. Then I can do the warmup structure that I want. I then usually put it back to erg mode before moving into the working intervals.
Not exactly what you asked for and you probably already know this, but just in case, if you start the workout and then pause it, you can scrub forward past the warmup intervals.
