Hey guys I’m looking for some advice just wondering how can I fix an imbalance leg my right leg is stronger than the left leg
I think this might be pretty common. My power pedals pretty consistently gives me a 52:48 split L:R
I guess it depends what you mean by stronger? Are you using a dual sided power meter to know that one leg is stronger?
If so, you might consider whether it is simply that one leg is stronger, or if you have some sort of biomechanical imbalance. If it is the former then a lot of Sweet Spot Base workouts include single leg drills which would definitely help. If it is the latter (of you’re not sure) then it may be worth seeking a bike fit. You could have one leg shorter than the other, one foot that requires more support etc etc
