Hypertrophy and motivation

With road racing and gyms closed for a little bit, which plan out of any plan and volume might have the most hypertrophy or muscular development, just for additional motivation =P
I know the crit plan and Vo2max efforts might be the most obvious choice, but some of those TT guys are looking pretty fit, besides just eating more is there a plan that might be better to get some meathead leg gains
