I love this guy’s videos. Short, to the point, and shows all the studies and science.
I watch him religiously as his arguments are based on reading excerpts from scientific, peer-reviewed studies.
One interesting thing he’s presented is that there is no increase in power between regular and clip-in pedal (and no difference between SPD and SPD-SL) and some other very useful observations - like how most built-in Zwift workouts or plans are not particularly good (i.e . you should target one energy system per workout, not all of them at once).
