Bringing this thread back for 2021…
Happy with that bump in hours! Only 10w FTP gain in my season, but definitely way more solid all round than a year ago.

291 hours but that doesn’t count running which is another 181h39m or weight and yoga.
Get. A. Job.

Easy now JS. Just ribbin ya. 960 bike is a crazy amount but, the additional running time? I hate you.
Great work!
I did 529 hours. I’d have loved to have done more, but it already seemed like I was running up against the limit of what was reasonable/manageable with the kids and wife.
I hope that I’m stronger and faster, but I’m still waiting on my rescheduled A-Race. New Year’s and school holidays is really going to impact my consistency lol
According to Veloviewer I’ve done 577hours. I’m not sure the split of outdoors/ indoors but of my 9400 miles, 8200 are outdoors.
Apparently 331 hours on the bike and 24 hours spent running.
That’s double what I did in 2020, and more than I’ve ever actually logged on Strava. This year has also resulted in a 40W bump in FTP as almost all of that has been structured training. Just got another 30W to go to hit my goal of 4.5 W/kg!

357 hours, but this is my first year on a bike, so the last 6m were like 2/3 of the whole year.
Just broke 750 hours. Was targeting this for a while. I usually do 600 hours but for obvious reasons had more time.
Best of my opponents are doing 800-1200 hours so I will still be used to wipe the floor but will be a tougher nut to crack.
I wish I had a 8-10 years of 1000 hours under my belt but better late then never.
I usually do ~650 hrs.
Down this year, but that is because I traded time on the bike for running and a bit of swimming.
637 hours total 7,664 miles 988 personal records
Bike 390 hrs, including 5x 100+ mile solo rides
Run 140 hrs
The remainder swim and weights.
I’ll be at 260 hrs on the bike. I don’t track my run hours on strava, they’re all treadmill miles. Maybe 20 hrs running. I had set a goal of 250 hrs this year. Next year I’m going for 300+ hours on the bike.
520hr. Probably similar to 2020.
2020 was a relatively slow start till lockdown, but then I have taken it a bit easier from October this year as I needed a rest. So I am probably around level with 2020 this year.
586hrs.
Single, no kids
Covid also definitely meant more time on bikes
477 hours on the bike, 707 total with the rest primarily strength training with some swimming.
Remember to post your VeloViewer infographic here.
275 hours on the bike. Another 110 hours between run/swim and 29 hours of strength training—total of 414 hours.
wow, 500+ hours for several people!
Im at 380hrs this year and around 4.2wpk starting base miles after a decent CX season. I split my time about 50/50 inside/outside with inside all specific workouts and outside just riding/racing.
5698 Miles (9173.78 km)
417 hrs 34 min
224,721 ft of climbing (68,495 meters)
Did a cross country trip this summer
11959km
451 hours
96297m elevation
502 hours, hopefully get another 2 in today before the end of 2021.
8900 miles (estimated 2500 of this on TR/Wattbike - due to working at home/family commitments)
300000ft
I did 8000 miles, 450 hours last year but this year had 4 weeks off the bike completely. Two week holiday in December and two weeks end of June illness. Pretty happy with that and after two weeks off in December motivated to go again in 2022.
Circa 560hrs and 19,000km total for the year, split 410hrs / 15,000km indoors and 150hrs / 4,000km outdoors. Average of 12.5hrs per week.
Saw some good gains this year. Will try for circa 600hrs in 2022 and expect my outdoor hours and distance to go up as I will be doing more outdoor rides at the beginning of the year.
