How do I push my entire training plan by a week?

I want to add a week into my plan but maintain the rest of the weeks, i.e. push the plan forward by a week. I used to do this all the time easily, as there was a “Push” command on each week. I searched this forum and everyone is referring to the same “Push” command that I’m no longer seeing on my TR software:

It automatically upgraded me a few days ago to the most recent version. Is this a bug, or maybe this command has been moved elsewhere?

They removed the push/pull week a few years ago. I think at the same time adaptive training was put in place. Now you can select a blank spot on the calendar and “add an annotation.” If you put in a block of time and select “time off” then it will move the plan forward.

Add Annotation? Ha, I don’t think I would’ve ever figured that one out. Thanks for the help!

@zo541 nailed it! The best way to push your entire plan is to use a Time Off annotation.
