General build and strength training

First week of mid volume gen build done and feelimg pretty strong and still very motivated. Included 2 easy runs and 2 swim sessions to act as maintenance workouts as ill be eventually doing triathlons.
I’ve also included 1-2 strengh workouts each week as we all know how important strength training is but looking at the workouts on the calander and the intensity of the rides I’m struggling to see a way to include the strengh work and recovery fast enough to perform the quality rides properly.
I know this will be a common problem but just wantimg to hear how other people manage this.?
