It would be nice to see IF next to TSS in planned solo and group rides. This would help better understand what to do in the “workout”.

I agree…they are so different in the effort..even a group ride 3-tier rating (friendly/chatty, Spicy. spicy++)
One thing have done in this regard is to change my outdoor ride to an indoor workout, which will have an IF attached, and then change it back to an outdoor ride. It’s not perfect, but it gives you something.
Although, even though I’ve only been using TR for a couple of months, I am having a recollection that IF used to be included for solo/group rides.
Furthermore, the custom training plans aren’t built around the group rides . I can change a ride to be a group ride but the duration has to be set as an override. Instead of I had one or two plan rides for which I knew average duration then I would expect the other days to adjust around it.
Instead, I ended up being well above my TSS. It is an excellent feature from Join cc where you can share plan rides and they build a training plan around your rides.. Most people cycle because it is fun and we want to get better. Not with the purpose of killing the fun or getting over your recovery limits
