I’ve just changed my A race, and input it into the calendar and it’s 33 weeks away.
With my base/build/specialty being 28 weeks, I was wondering individual workouts people would recommend for a cheeky “quick fix” FTP spike before starting?
I’ve only ever done Sweet Spot base previously, so not got into much of the Vo2 max etc stuff.
I’m just looking for some workouts that will make me feel like I’ve had a serious workout for 4 weeks. Then I’ll do a recovery week before my Ramp and BBS starts.
