FTP Adjustment Question

Hi all. I started SSB Mid on 12/28/21. My workouts have felt pretty easy. I did threshold today and by the last interval, I had it up to 125%. Should I retest? Or let adaptive training take care of it? This is my second season of TR and last year I had to retest about two weeks in for the same reason. My ftp test on 12/28 was my first since last May so I think I wasn’t in the indoor-trainer groove yet. :slight_smile:


Out of curiosity, what sort of adaptations were suggested post-workout?

It was a Threshold workout so it incresed the level of my next Threshold workout. It raised it around .8 I believe. I don’t know the exact number because I clicked to review the adaptations and accidentally hit accept before reveiwing them.
