I had a ramp test today, and when I finished I didn’t hit the stop button for about 30-40 seconds. I guess in my exhausted stupor I thought it would stop automatically. 
Does this affect results?
Not a problem, as long as you kept on target power as long as you could.
The app looks at your best 1-minute power to set the FTP. That will be the same no matter how long you wait to hit the “Stop” option.

If you change the setting from auto pause then you need to stop the test on your own.
