Just interested to hear people’s experiences/thoughts who use this technology. (and anyone who’s got non-anecdotal evidence even better!)
Quick background: I’ve been a Compex user for the last few years but have only really used the recovery programs after hard sessions. I really rate this having done a 73km ultra marathon and been keeping up with intervals at my running club 2 days later!
I have dabbled with the strength/endurance programs but haven’t really found the best time to include them.
Anyone use these on a compex/equivalent? what’s your approach to fitting them into the weekly plan?
