Hey all! Just hit the midway point of low volume build. I have an easy week this week.
I normally hit the gym for correctives and core on the days I’m not on the bike. And then do my TR workouts T/Th/Sat. With the easy week I was gonna keep the gym days where they are.
What are y’alls thoughts on cross training? Specifically, I love nordic skiing and have roller skis. I would love to roller ski on my trainer days this week so I can be outside and get a little diversity. The aerobic load is similar and I just kind cruise. Can’t measure TSS but I’d make the training hours about the same. Or maybe do like 30min bike, and then 25 or 30 min roller ski.
