I am interested in TrainerRoad being a long term Zwift user for training but want better developed plans rather than the scatter approach I otherwise have been doing with Zwift.
I also run and am working on my swim. My running schedule is varied apart from Tuesday and sometimes Thursdays which are done at the track and overseen by the coach. Swim are as and when I fit them in during the week (try to do 2-3 times a week).
Does TrainerRoad plans / AI take into account data from those activities when planning the next workout? e.g. If I have a very hard track run session on a Tuesday, will it tailor the Wednesday bike session to accommodate?
