Do cold water baths decrease muscle mass gains?

I just came across with this article. I remember Coach @chad was talking about spending sometime outside after training sessions before hitting to shower, in one of the podcast.

And living in Middle East, I found that spending 10-15 minutes outside just sitting and waiting my HR and breathing to come down after my indoor sessions helps me to recover fast.
