I just noticed my run for today has an estimated intensity of RPE4, but in the description for the workout, it says to run at RPE6… Which is it?
Technically, it’s both. The RPE scale that we use for all of our runs and swims is on a different scale than the intensity estimate. This is something that we would like to address in the future, however, for the time being, it’s important to be aware of the difference.
