I’m on the mid volume plan, aiming for an XC marathon race on 17.9.23.
I will be on holiday in Italy in the last two weeks of August and will be doing some road riding, probably 3 rides each week, probably 5-600TSS each week, with quite a lot of long steady climbs.
I don’t think this goes against my training at all, but I’d like my training plan to take these rides into account, in advance.
Is there any way I can tell my plan what I’ll be doing and have it adjust for those rides?
Alternatively, after those two weeks, will TR recognise the work I’ve done and adjust the remaining couple of weeks to put me in best shape for my event?
