Saddle Post, Seat Tube, Seat Stay, and Saddle…
Don‘t know if that makes more sense…

In French, it’s saddle post, saddle tube, but “haubans” (stays, simply), since the chain stays are “bases”, which is quite logical.

To me that’s just stupid.
But then I ride on roads with lots of potholes that I wouldn’t be able to see with that much water. And I wouldn’t want to wash all the sewage off my bike and shoes.
Or is that what they meant by badass? Someone else’s ass on them?
