Changing training volume

I’ve been using plan builder since January to get ready for the 100 mile Unbound. With 2 months to go, I’d like to add some volume to my weekends. Is there a way to change from low volume to mid volume during the training plan? Or is the best bet to go out for a long ride or just use TrainNow?

In the calendar (this is on the web not within the app but it may work there as well) find the label for the start of the block - “Base”, “Build” or “Speciality” and click on it. In the subsequent dialog box there’s a select element showing the current volume. Click on that and change to your heart’s content.
