Well, I like redundancy. And no device is perfect. But, the H10 has been validated several times and even Polar’s white paper compares RR intervals to many other HRMs. I use two power meters on my bike (three if you count the Stages that doesn’t have a battery in it), two Stryds, two HRMs, etc, etc…

Had a better test today, less mistakes. After warmup = 0.8 5mins @ 150w = 1.5 5 mins @ 160w = 2.0 FWIW - DFAa1 would not be 0.75 @ 150w!

I think people tend to point to a single point for LT1, when it should be seen as a range. Both numbers are “correct” per se, but LT1 is probably better described as the range from the first inflection (or + 0.3) up to +1 mmol.
