Building FTP over 6 months

Hi all!

New to this forum, but not to TP.

Having started triathlon 2years ago i never really hd time to work on my FTP number.
I have decided on a 6month focus on my power!
No races in between, maybe later after completing this i would opt for 1 or 2 bike races.

What would be the way to do this?
Which plan should I follow, repeat etc?
