Anyone else lose weight during recovery weeks?

Just interested to know if this happens to anyone else. I usually drop 3-5 lbs during a recovery week. I notice the difference about a two days after my last hard workout and I stay light at my morning weigh in for most of the week. When intensity starts again, I almost instantly gain the weight back. No big changes in diet, the only difference that I can find is the intensity of the workouts.

I’m not worried about this. Just curious about if anyone else experiences this.

Yes, it’s water weight.
