Any over 50's (triathletes) do a none 7 day plan

I have seen people doing 10/14 day plans for various reasons (work, family etc)

Any over 50’s do this? I am finding I am needing an extra day off or easy day in the week.

The only things I have fixed are pool days and weekend morning cycling. Everything else can be moved around right? But what are the practicalities?

How do you manage things like trainer road and scheduling generally?
