Adjusting training plan for surprise work trip

Well it looks like my work is sending me out to Phoenix for about a week, and I’m trying to figure out the best way to modify my training plan. The plus side is i’m extending my trip a few days so that I can go ride in Sedona! I also think I’ll be able to get in some good hiking during the week after work.

I’m currently nearing the end of SSBLV2. Next week is supposed to be my recovery week, followed by my week long work trip. I’m thinking that I should just push the recovery week out one week, and continue the harder workouts for an extra week? If this is a good course of action, should i just repeat the last hard week of SSBLV2? All suggestions welcome!
