Hi. I’ve just added a B race to an ongoing plan. I was expecting the plan to adjust accordingly to accommodate it - ie the race is on a Sunday and that weekend I had a long endurance ride scheduled for each day so I was anticipating that it would make the Saturday session some sort of pre-race openers or similar, but this hasn’t happened so as it stands it wants me to still do the long endurance the day before the race. Does this sound right or have I done something incorrectly?
Hey there,
Yeah, you should have an opener the day before that B race.
I’m assuming that when adding that event, you were asked if you wanted to adapt your plan afterward. Is that right?
I’d maybe try deleting and re-adding it to see if that changes anything. I can always do that from my end as well if you’d rather.
Let me know either way! I’m sure we’ll get this sorted out one way or another.
Hi Eddie. Thanks for the reply.
I’m assuming that when adding that event, you were asked if you wanted to adapt your plan afterward. Is that right? - CORRECT
I’d maybe try deleting and re-adding it to see if that changes anything. - THIS HAS MADE NO DIFFERENCE
Furthermore, I’m having another issue where I move this week’s sessions around to better suit my diary … only for them to go back to the same days!!
Do you mind if I take a look at your plan and try a couple of things?
Of course not, please do
Got it!
What’s happening here is that we aren’t replacing your scheduled Solo Ride with an opener. When I right-clicked on that Solo Ride on the 7th and switched it to an inside workout, it gave you Cajon, the opener you were looking for.
I’m not sure if this is necessarily a bug, but I’ll bring it up to the team since it’s something that might cause confusion/issues with other athletes.
Thanks for bringing this up!
Edit: actually it’s still showing as an outdoor workout for me - was it meant to have changed?
BTW I am using the TR app on a Mac if that makes a difference.
Is that displaying a 3 hour version of Cajon?
No, it’s still the 3 hr solo ride.
I should also mention that “Checking Adaptations…” is not completing. Also I am occasionally getting a “Server Unavailable” message as well as one saying that I need to be connected to the internet - this is despite my connection being totally stable (which I know from other things I have going on).
Try logging out and back into the app. Otherwise, log in on the web to see if that shows things correctly..
@cassinonorth, it says 3:00:00 on the thumbnail, but it’s still the typical version of Cajon, which is 30 minutes long. There is a visual bug that’s happening with Solo/Group Rides and opener workouts.
All seems to be good now. Thanks so much.
