30/45 minutes workout plan

The workouts in sweetspot base are 60 or 90 minutes. Although I can try to stick to this, I’d prefer shorter time, such as 30/45/60 minutes instead.

Is there a plan that I can choose a shorter time? I know I can go into calendar and change workout time one by one, but it is inconvenient and I am not sure if shorter workouts work similar to the normal version.
