2 events, 4 weeks apart

Hi all,

Assuming we can ride again by early next year I’m planning on doing 2x100mile events that are 4 weeks apart. The first event is my top priority and I’m doing SSB, Sustained power build, century. My question is what would be the best way to recover and maintain fitness for the second event 4 weeks later?

If you use Plan Builder it works it out, 1st event A 2nd event b - should give you a workable 3 or 4 weeks in-between
