I’m using the Zwift race feature but the wrong workout syncs from trainer road to Zwift. Obviously this ruins the training plan so I end up just riding the TR indoor ride instead but it’s disappointing. For example, today’s ride should be “Pettit “ but instead Zwift gives me “mount field.” Anyone know how to fix this? I’ve followed TR’s instructions to fix it but it doesn’t work including resyncing the ride, moving it to a different day and back and disconnecting and reconnecting Zwift. Is anyone else having this problem?
I never have this problem, the TR scheduled ride always appears on my Zwift home page
First question: was Mount Field anywhere on your calendar? If so, is it possible you’re syncing TR rides to a computer that doesn’t have the correct date/time? Or that your TR profile has an incorrect time zone set?
If that doesn’t correct the issue, is it possible that you somehow have two different accounts, and that they are cross-synched? (The likelihood of this is pretty small, but not zero, so worth a check.
Thanks for your reply. Short answer to all your questions is; no. And the dates and times are correct. To elaborate;
First question: was Mount Field anywhere on your calendar? If so, is it possible you’re syncing TR rides to a computer that doesn’t have the correct date/time? Yes, mount field is in the TR calendar on later days. But all the date and time settings are correct on all devices and apps. I’m using my iPad and my iPhone (most recent iOS version 26.2) and the TR and Zwift apps on both. And the TR app is pretty clear that the correct day is synced to Zwift. Also, none of the later days are set to Zwift.
Or that your TR profile has an incorrect time zone set? Yes, all times/ zones and dates are correct in TR, Zwift, Strava and the iOS system
If that doesn’t correct the issue, is it possible that you somehow have two different accounts, and that they are cross-synched? (The likelihood of this is pretty small, but not zero, so worth a check. Only have one account that I can tell on Zwift and TR.
Do you force quit the Zwift app on your iPad and iPhone after every use (and not just swipe it into the background? If not, try doing that to see if it corrects the problem. Also, Zwift considers it ‘best practice’ to only have Zwift installed on one device (and run the Companion app on a separate device). So, if you have Zwift on two devices, you might want to delete it from the non-primary one. (This helps to prevent concurrent logins, which cause a host of issues.)
Thx
I always force quit apps. Despite what apple says, they think it saves battery. I do not use Zwift on the iPhone, only the companion app.
