Workouts to bookend a holiday


I’m about halfway through SPBHV (this week is the recovery week in week 4). Unfortunately, I’m away on holiday Mon-Fri next week, although I should be able to fit in a short (60min) session on Monday before I leave and on Friday when I get back, and then sessions on Saturday and Sunday as normal.

Given that my holiday week is an extra week before starting phase two of the SPBHV plan, which workouts would you recommend, (especially on Monday and Friday) so I don’t lose too much fitness next week?
