Women Specific plans

Maybe this has already been requested on the forum and if so, maybe I missed it. BUT! I’m curious if TR has considered adding menstrual cycle tracking as a part of its training plan algorithm. It isn’t New science that hormones shift pretty significantly throughout the cycle and there are times when it makes sense physically to be on a rest week vs more likely to hit peak performance.

The 3 weeks on, 1 week rest/endurance model still works. Our bodies just tell us when that is regardless of what TR tells us we should be on :slight_smile:

You’re right, we’ve seen this request before. It’s definitely on our radar and is something I’ve heard pop up from time to time in meetings.

I don’t know where we’re currently at with this one, but I do have a feeling it’s something we’ll implement at some point; it’s just a matter of when.

I’ll let the team know that more of our athletes are pushing for this! Thanks for the suggestion!
