Maybe this has already been requested on the forum and if so, maybe I missed it. BUT! I’m curious if TR has considered adding menstrual cycle tracking as a part of its training plan algorithm. It isn’t New science that hormones shift pretty significantly throughout the cycle and there are times when it makes sense physically to be on a rest week vs more likely to hit peak performance.
The 3 weeks on, 1 week rest/endurance model still works. Our bodies just tell us when that is regardless of what TR tells us we should be on ![]()
